Japan’s oldest remaining winery, Marquis Winery was founded by Tatsunori Tsuchiya in 1891.
Since its founding, this winery has cherished its ties to local farmers, while developing unique wines that take full advantage of improvements in grape varieties and winemaking technology.
Our vision is a comprehensive sixth order business, so called viniculture as primary, wine making as secondary and sales as tertiary.
