- When the Organization has made a Correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make such Correction, etc., the Organization shall notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- If requested by the individual due to the reason that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, the Organization shall conduct necessary investigations without delay regarding suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter “Suspension of Use, etc.”).
- If it is determined that the request should be accepted based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Organization shall implement Suspension of Use, etc. without delay.
- When the Organization has implemented Suspension of Use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to implement it, the Organization shall notify the user without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. requires significant cost or is otherwise difficult, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Organization shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided for by laws or regulations or in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Organization, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
